The Many Faces of Stress

Are you a stress junkie? Do you rely on jolts of adrenaline to get you going? Are you dull and lethargic until you get excited about something? Habitually using adrenaline to keep you motivated may put you into adrenal exhaustion. I'm talking to myself here because I did it for years.

Here's a list of things I came up with that cause stress.

Infections of any kind

Other Health Problems
Body Chemistry imbalance
Environmental - Air quality – molds, pollen; Chemical pollutants; Loud Noises; Poor work atmosphere
